Tyms pricing

Tyms pricing has three parts. Hosting: every organization runs on its own virtual server, whether a Container, Dedicated VPS, or on-premise. Intelligence: a small metered fee per action your AI agents take across market, organizational, data, and SOP lookups. Channels: messages your agents send or receive, with some channels free and others billed per message or minute. You pay a fixed monthly hosting fee and prepay credits to cover metered usage.

No. Every plan includes unlimited users, unlimited Team AI Agents, and unlimited Customer AI Agents. You only pay for hosting, intelligence, and channel usage.

A Container runs your workspace on managed, shared infrastructure. It's the fastest, cheapest way to get started. A Dedicated VPS gives your organization isolated infrastructure for stronger performance, predictable resources, and tighter data isolation.

Tyms AI agents draw on four kinds of intelligence, each billed at $0.01 per action. Market intelligence covers lookups against external signals like competitors, prices, news, and trends. Organizational intelligence covers searches across your people, roles, processes, and internal knowledge. Data intelligence covers queries against your own business data, reports, and dashboards. SOP intelligence covers runs of your standard operating procedures and workflows.

Channels are how your Tyms AI agents communicate with people. Tyms supports Web chat, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Phone calls. Your agents can send and receive messages across any of these, and you can mix them within a single workflow.

Tyms is prepaid. You top up credits and we deduct your monthly hosting fee plus any intelligence and channel usage as it happens. Credits don't expire and don't roll over. Just keep enough on your balance to cover hosting and expected usage.

Yes. New accounts receive $20 in free credits on signup, valid for 30 days. That's enough to spin up a Container workspace and try out intelligence actions and paid channels before committing.

Your Tyms AI agents stop working until you recharge. We send low-balance alerts ahead of time so you can top up before that happens.

Yes. You can move between Container, Dedicated VPS, and Enterprise hosting at any time. Your data and configurations move with you, and your next month's hosting fee reflects the new size.

Visa, Mastercard, and local payment methods including mobile money (MTN, Airtel) and bank transfer. Enterprise customers can pay by annual invoice. You can also redeem credits from Tyms' accredited partners.

Yes. For Enterprise we can host on-premise or in your private cloud, support bring-your-own-model (use your own LLM or cloud provider), and offer SSO, SLA, a dedicated CSM, and volume discounts on usage. Contact sales to scope a plan.
