Credits are the consumption units that power everything on Tyms — every agent action, intelligence query, and workflow step uses credits. Think of them like airtime: every new account starts with 1,000 free credits to explore the platform. After that, your plan includes a monthly allowance (1,000 on Basic, 6,000 on Pro), and you can buy top-ups if you need more.

Your agents won't stop mid-task. You'll receive a notification when you're running low, and you can purchase a top-up instantly from your dashboard. If you consistently need more, upgrading to the next tier gives you a larger monthly allowance at a better per-credit rate.

Team Agents help your internal staff with daily work — scheduling, drafting, research. Customer Agents face your customers directly — handling support queries, answering questions 24/7. Worker Agents are specialists that run specific tasks like generating leads, writing reports, or doing competitive research. Each tier limits how many can be active simultaneously.

Yes. All four Intelligence modules — Organization, Market, Data, and Ops — are available on every plan including Basic. We believe every business deserves smart insights. The difference between tiers is in credits, agent limits, integrations, and infrastructure options.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data and configurations are preserved either way.

Every new account starts with 1,000 free credits valid for 30 days. Use them to explore agents, intelligence modules, and apps. Once they expire or run out, choose a plan to continue. Your data and configurations carry over.

You commit to a minimum monthly spend (for example, $300/month) for 6 or 12 months. Everything within that commitment — platform, workers, apps, and channels — is billed at 30% off. Any usage that exceeds your committed amount in a given month is billed at standard pay-as-you-go rates.
