You pay for two things: hosting and intelligence. Hosting is your own private server — no sharing — where your data, files, and work live. Intelligence is the AI work done on your behalf, billed per action. Every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited AI agents, so you never pay per seat.

Your data, files, and work stay on infrastructure dedicated to your organization, not shared with anyone else. This is how we keep things private, predictable, and easy to scale — and it's what makes on-premise and bring-your-own-key possible on the Enterprise plan.

Intelligence is billed at $0.01 per action. An action is any ask or task handled by Tyms intelligence — looking up market signals, querying your business data, searching organizational knowledge, or running your SOPs and workflows.

Web chat, Slack, and Microsoft Teams are free on every plan. Email is $0.01 per message, SMS is $0.03, WhatsApp is $0.05, and AI phone calls are $0.10 per connected minute. You can mix channels within a single workflow.

Yes. New accounts get $20 in free credits on signup, valid for 30 days. That's enough to spin up a workspace and try real intelligence actions and paid channels before committing.

You can pay by credit or debit card. We also accept mobile money (MTN, Airtel) and bank transfer. Enterprise customers can pay by annual invoice. We also work with partners who can help with credits.

Tyms is prepaid. You top up credits and we deduct your monthly hosting fee plus any usage as it happens. We send low-balance alerts ahead of time. If your balance hits zero, your AI agents pause until you recharge — your data and configurations stay put.

Yes. Move between Business and Enterprise at any time. The underlying hosting moves with the plan and your data and configurations come along. Your next month's fee reflects the new plan.

Yes — talk to our sales team. Enterprise customers can host on-premise or in their private cloud, bring their own AI model (use your own LLM or cloud provider), and get SSO, SLA, a dedicated CSM, and volume discounts on usage.
