What happens after my 30-day trial?
Your selected plan begins billing automatically. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Worker, app, and channel usage during the trial is included up to a reasonable limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What if I need more agents than my tier allows?
Upgrade to the next tier. If you're between tiers, contact our sales team to discuss a custom plan.
How does Reserved Billing work?
You commit to a minimum monthly spend (for example, $200/month) for 6 or 12 months. Everything within that commitment — platform, workers, apps, and channels — is billed at 30% off. Any usage that exceeds your committed amount in a given month is billed at standard pay-as-you-go rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, mobile money (MTN, Airtel), and bank transfer for annual and enterprise plans.
Do workers cost anything during the trial?
Your 30-day trial includes a usage allowance for workers, apps, and channels so you can fully evaluate the platform. You'll see your usage in the dashboard and we'll notify you if you approach the trial limit.
