Every plan starts free, no credit card required. When you're ready, upgrade to the plan that fits: Basic at $49/month, Pro at $199/month, or Plus at $399/month. Every paid plan includes a monthly allowance of AI and channel messaging credits. Custom plans are tailored to your organization.

How many teammates and assistants do I get?

Each teammate gets their own AI assistant. Basic includes up to 5 teammates, Pro up to 10, and Plus up to 20. Need more? Talk to us about a Custom plan.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Basic is $490/year, Pro is $1,990/year, and Plus is $3,990/year. Custom plans are billed annually with custom pricing. You can switch between monthly and annual whenever you like.

What are credits?

Credits are how usage is measured on Tyms. AI work draws on your monthly AI credits as your teammates and assistants use models across Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Kimi, and ElevenLabs. Basic includes 25,000 AI credits per month, Pro 100,000, and Plus 200,000.

What happens when I use up my monthly credits?

When your AI credits run out, your assistants pause AI work until you top up or your next monthly allowance arrives. Top-ups are one-time purchases that never expire, and admins can buy them any time under billing.

Tyms runs in secure containers. Custom plans can run on a dedicated Virtual Private Server or on premise.

Which channels are covered by messaging credits?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp, SMS, Voice, and Email. An email costs 2 credits, a WhatsApp message 5, an SMS 10, and a voice message 50 per message; Telegram and Slack messages are free. Basic includes 4,000 messaging credits per month, Pro 19,000, and Plus 39,000, with top-ups when you need more.
