Our mission is simple: to empower humanity to do its best work.

I’m from a developing country, and I know how much work there is to do: humanity still needs to build education, health, infrastructure, and so so much more. As an entrepreneur, I believe business is the catalyst for all of it. That’s why we built Tyms: to help businesses around the world do their best work.

What is “best work”?

“Best work” is a loaded phrase. What does it actually mean?

Every business has work to do. Say you needed to get to Cairo to trade. Two hundred years ago, you walked. If you were lucky, you rode a horse or a donkey. Either way, just getting there was hard work. Today, you can drive or fly. And because we move faster, trade has grown a billionfold.

That’s how we see AI. A lot of work is drudgery: repetitive and slow. But the goal isn’t the walk. The goal is the trade. So why walk 1,000 km when AI is the plane? You get there in three hours, ready to trade. AI handles the heavy lifting so we can focus on the best work.

Human-first by design

We’re focused on empowering businesses to reach their goals. And a business, at its core, is people, systems, and processes moving toward a goal.

Note the word people. A lot of folks in AI talk as if people will be replaced. We disagree. People are the only ones with wisdom, judgment, and taste to know if a job is well done. AI doesn’t have those things, and that’s why humans are best placed to do business.

With that in mind, we designed Tyms to be human-first:

1. Every person gets their own AI assistant: team members and customers alike.
2. It meets you where you already work: Web today, with mobile, chat apps like WhatsApp and Telegram, and business communication apps like Teams and Slack coming soon.
3. AI does the invisible work: collecting, searching, analysing, synthesising, monitoring, reporting, executing background jobs, and more. Real intelligence means it doesn’t just move fast. It moves you toward your goals.
4. Humans finish the work: our judgment and taste make sure it’s done right.

So alongside the product, we’ve launched two more things:

1. Best Work Master Classes. AI classes for professionals in Finance, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, and more. We immerse you in this powerful tech and show you the ropes. You’re already the expert; once you’re well grounded, you’ll accelerate.

2. AI Advisory. For medium and enterprise businesses. Handing your team an AI Copilot is not a strategy. You need to prepare your organisation for AI. We help with readiness assessments, looking at your people, processes, systems, and data. We help with implementation. And we make sure you succeed with AI and reach your goals faster.
