Tasks

Tasks puts your team’s work on boards: lists of cards, with assignees, due dates and checklists. Use it at tasks.tyms.ai, or open the same boards in Claude, ChatGPT or Jamaa and let your assistant create, move and break down the work.

Get started

1. Sign in at tasks.tyms.ai with your Tyms account, or sign up with your work email.
2. Switch Tasks on. It’s free and instant. Owners and admins switch it on for the organization, and then everyone in it can open Tasks.
3. Make your first board in the browser, or ask your assistant to set one up.

Each workspace has its own address: your-team.tasks.tyms.ai.

What’s in it

• Boards. Lists and cards with drag and drop. Everyone’s changes appear as they happen.
• Cards. A title, description, due date, assignees, labels, a checklist and comments.
• My tasks. Everything assigned to you, across all boards, by due date.
• Email reminders. You get an email when you’re assigned or mentioned, and when a card is due tomorrow.

With your assistant

Ask in plain language:

• "Make a card for Peter to send the Q3 board pack by Friday."
• "What’s overdue on the Marketing board?"
• "Turn these meeting notes into cards, assigned to whoever owns each action."

Your assistant sees the boards you can see and does what you can do, nothing more. It never deletes a card: it can archive one, and asks you first. See Tasks in your assistant.

Pricing

Switching Tasks on is free, and there’s no monthly fee. Each workspace gets 500 tasks created a month free, then each task costs $0.01. Moving, completing, commenting and archiving are never charged. Tasks created by an assistant cost the same as tasks created in the browser.
