Tasks in your assistant
Run your boards from Claude or ChatGPT, at tasks.tyms.ai/mcp.
Open your team’s boards inside the assistant you already use. Add https://tasks.tyms.ai/mcp as a connector, sign in with your Tyms account and choose your workspace.

What your assistant can do

| My tasks | Lists the cards assigned to you, by due date. |
| Search | Finds cards by words, board, assignee, label or done. |
| Show a card | Shows one card in full: description, checklist, comments, assignees and history. |
| Add a card | Adds a card to a list, with description, due date, assignees and labels. |
| Add cards | Adds up to 50 cards to one list at once, all or none. More than 10 asks you first. |
| Update a card | Changes a card’s title, description, due date, assignees or labels. |
| Move a card | Moves a card to another list. |
| Comment | Comments on a card in your name. @email mentions send an email. |
| Archive | Archives a card, after asking you. Nothing is ever deleted. |
Good to know
- It acts as you. It sees the boards you can see and does what you can do in Tasks, nothing more.
- Your team can tell. Changes are recorded with your name and marked "via Claude" (or your assistant’s name).
- Boards in the chat. In assistants that show apps, boards, cards and My tasks open as interactive views.
- Tyms doesn’t keep your chats. Tasks records which assistant called which tool and what changed, never the text of your conversations.
