Connect Claude

Add a Tyms product to Claude as a custom connector. You’ll need the product’s connector address from Use Tyms from your assistant. For Tasks, it’s https://tasks.tyms.ai/mcp.

Connect

1. In Claude (web or desktop), open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
2. Give it a name, such as Tyms Tasks or Tyms Data, and paste the connector address as the URL.
3. Select Connect, sign in with your Tyms account and choose your workspace.
4. In a chat, turn the connector on from the tools menu and ask away.

On Claude Team or Enterprise, an owner may need to add the connector for the organization first. Then each person selects Connect.

Try asking

• "What’s on my plate this week? Plan it out by due date."
• "Turn these meeting notes into cards on the Product board, assigned to whoever owns each action."
• "How did pipeline change this month, by region?" (with Data Intelligence)

Switching workspace

You choose a workspace when you connect. To switch, disconnect the connector in Claude’s settings and connect again. To always use one Tasks workspace without being asked, use its own address: your-team.tasks.tyms.ai/mcp.

Troubleshooting

• "AI assistants are turned off for this workspace." An owner or admin has turned off Allow AI assistants to connect. Ask them to turn it back on.
• The product is switched off, or no workspace is offered. The product isn’t on for your workspace yet. An owner or admin can switch it on. Tasks is free to switch on at tasks.tyms.ai.
• A step doesn’t match what you see. Claude’s menus change from time to time. Look for "connectors" in its settings.
