Choose your assistant

Tyms doesn’t make you switch assistants. Your company’s knowledge, data and apps live in Tyms, and your team reaches them from the assistant they prefer: Jamaa, Tyms’s own, or Claude and ChatGPT, with Gemini and Microsoft 365 Copilot on the way. Different people on the same team can use different assistants, and they all work with the same boards, data and answers.

You don’t have to pick one for everyone. A finance team can work in Jamaa while engineering stays in Claude, on the same Tasks boards and the same data.

What stays the same, whichever you choose

• You sign in as yourself. Every assistant sees what you can see in Tyms and does what you can do, nothing more.
• Your team can tell who did what. Changes are recorded under your name and marked with the assistant that made them.
• The same price. Using a Tyms product from Claude costs the same as using it in the browser or in Jamaa. See Billing.
• Admins stay in charge. Owners and admins can turn off Allow AI assistants to connect at any time.
