Organization Intelligence

Turn documents, policies and SOPs into verified, cited answers your team and their assistants can rely on.

Organization Intelligence is your company’s own knowledge: who you are, how you work and what you know. It turns your documents, policies and SOPs into wiki pages. A person verifies the ones that matter, and those become the answers your team and their assistants treat as final.

How it works

  1. Upload documents. PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Markdown, text and HTML files, up to 25 MB each. Every new wiki starts with a small Company pack of pages to fill in.
  2. The wiki writes pages. It reads your documents and writes wiki pages from them. By default, a person approves each document before it’s used, and each set of pages before it’s published.
  3. A person verifies what matters. Verify page marks a page as precedent. A filled seal shows a person verified it.
  4. Answers cite their sources. Every page links to the documents it came from, and so do answers drawn from it.

Staying current

If a verified page is rewritten from a newer document, it goes back to unverified until a person verifies it again. A stale fact can’t pass as a verified one.

Your wiki and your assistants

Your wiki lives at <workspace>.organization.tyms.ai, and has its own MCP address under Manage → Connect.

  • Jamaa: when Organization Intelligence is switched on, the admin area shows an MCP address and an Assistant key, once. An admin adds them in Jamaa under Connectors → Add company MCP server.
  • Claude and ChatGPT: not yet. See Use Tyms from your assistant.

Managing it

From Products in the admin area:

  • Open wiki signs you straight in. In the wiki, Manage has Documents, members and Policies.
  • Policies let admins accept documents and publish pages automatically, and set a monthly credit budget.
  • Switch off stops the wiki for everyone and keeps its data for 30 days. Switch it back on within that time and it’s restored.

Writing pages uses Intelligence credits. Documents shows how many are left this month. See Billing.
