Organization Intelligence quickstart

Upload your first documents, publish them as wiki pages, and verify the ones your team relies on.

In about 10 minutes you’ll have your first company documents in your wiki, as pages your team can search. The ones that matter will be verified by a person, so your assistants treat them as the final word.

You need: a Tyms account, and Organization Intelligence switched on for your workspace. You also need a few documents your team asks about often, such as a policy, a price list or an onboarding guide.

  1. Open your wiki. In the admin area, open Products and choose Open wiki on Organization Intelligence. You’re signed in to your wiki at <workspace>.organization.tyms.ai.
  2. Upload documents. Open the avatar menu, choose Manage, then Documents, and choose Upload documents. You can also drop files onto the list. PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Markdown, text and HTML files work, up to 25 MB each.
  3. Approve what goes in. New documents wait under Needs you. Choose Approve to let the wiki write pages from them. Once the pages are written, approve them again to publish.
  4. Verify the pages that matter. Open a page and choose Verify page. You’ll see "Verified. This page is now precedent." A filled seal shows the page was verified by a person.
  5. Search it. Back on the wiki’s home, search for what your team asks about. Answers link to the documents they came from.

What’s our refund policy for annual plans?

  • Searched the wiki
  • Found the Refunds policy, verified by a person
  • Checked the sources behind it

Annual plans are refundable within 30 days, then pro rata. Source: Refunds policy, section 2.

Connect your assistant

Your wiki has its own MCP address: Manage → Connect shows the MCP endpoint, with a Copy button. To use it from Jamaa, an admin adds it under Connectors → Add company MCP server, with the key from the Organization Intelligence page in the admin area.

Fewer approvals, once you trust it

By default, a person approves each document and each publish. In Manage → Policies, admins can choose to accept sources and publish pages automatically instead.

What it costs

Writing pages from documents uses Intelligence credits. Documents shows how many are left this month, and each wiki has a monthly budget, set in Policies. A run that would go over the budget waits for approval. See Billing.
