Intelligence hubs

Data, organization, market, and events intelligence — the knowledge your workspace's assistants draw on.

The Intelligence group of the admin area is where your workspace builds up the knowledge that makes assistants genuinely useful for your business — not just generally smart. It has one card per product — Organization, Data, Market, and Process intelligence — and each opens its own page.

Data intelligence

Upload and connect data sources, and run analytics against your workspace’s data warehouse. This is the foundation for data questions your team asks in chat: the more sources you bring in, the better the answers.

Open the Data intelligence page and the workbench at <workspace>.data.tyms.ai is set up for you the first time, on every plan. Open workbench signs you straight in; the shortcuts go to connections, the SQL workbench, context notes, and reports.

Organization intelligence

Your company’s own knowledge — who you are, how you work, what you know. Organization intelligence gives assistants the internal context that makes their output sound like it came from inside the company, because it did.

It lives in a wiki of your own at <workspace>.organization.tyms.ai. Upload documents, and the wiki synthesizes pages from them; a person reviews and verifies what matters, and verified pages become the precedents your assistants treat as authoritative.

Open the Organization intelligence page and the wiki is set up for you the first time, on every plan. Setup takes seconds and connects the wiki to your assistants automatically: they search it when you ask about the organization, and cite the pages they relied on. Precedence changes reach new chats, so start a new chat after verifying pages.

The page is where you manage the wiki: Open wiki signs you straight in, and the shortcuts take you to uploading documents, the review queue, pages, members, and policies. It also shows the assistant connection state and Intelligence credits used this month. Reconnect assistant issues a fresh key if the connection was ever lost. Turn off suspends the wiki at once and keeps its data for 30 days; turning it on again within that window restores it.

Synthesis draws on a separate Intelligence credit pool; top it up under Billing.

Market intelligence

Competitive insight and industry trends — the outward-looking counterpart to organization intelligence. Use it to keep your team’s assistants informed about the market you operate in. Its card is in the admin area today, marked coming later.

Events intelligence

Track the things your business needs to watch: timelines on business objects, watchlists, and alerts when something changes.

Coming soon

Process intelligence — process metrics, workflows, and performance — has its card in the admin area, marked coming later.
