Managing your team's agents

Every teammate’s assistant is backed by an agent your organization runs. The AI Agents group of the admin area is where you govern them.

The roster

User Agents → Roster lists every teammate alongside their agent’s provisioning status — so you can see at a glance who’s fully set up and who’s still coming online.

Per-agent controls

Open an agent’s detail page to manage it:

• Workspace assignments — which workspaces the agent works in.
• Folder health — whether the agent’s Drive folders are in good shape.
• Danger zone — for when something’s wrong: suspend the agent, rebuild its workspace state, or re-provision it entirely. These are recovery tools; day-to-day you shouldn’t need them.

Agent skills

Skills are reusable capabilities your agents can call on — ways of doing a particular kind of work well. Browse the skills installed in your workspace, inspect each one, and add new ones from the skills marketplace.

Templates

Templates define the formats your agents produce work in — documents, decks, sheets, and dashboards. Combined with your brand settings, they keep everything your team’s agents produce consistent.

The server

User Agents → Server shows the machine your organization’s agents run on: its identity, capacity, and connection status, with configuration options for self-hosted setups. Most organizations never need to touch this page — it’s there for transparency and for teams that run their own infrastructure.
