Admin quickstart

Day one for a workspace owner: invite your team, switch on products, decide on outside assistants, and set up billing.

In about 15 minutes your workspace will be ready for your team: people invited, the right products on, assistant access decided, and billing set up so nothing stops unexpectedly.

You need: to be the workspace’s owner, or an admin. Billing needs the owner or someone with the Billing role.

  1. Invite your team. From home.tyms.ai, open Admin, then Teammates. Under Invite a teammate, enter an Email, pick a Role, and choose Send invitation. Invitations last 14 days.
  2. Switch on products. Open Products. On each product you want, choose Switch on, then confirm. The dialog shows any monthly fee before you agree. Intelligence products are ready in seconds.
  3. Decide on outside assistants. Still on Products, the AI assistants section controls whether people can connect Claude and ChatGPT. It’s on by default. Each person signs in as themselves, so an assistant never gets more access than they have.
  4. Add funds. From home, open Billing. On Overview, choose Add funds and pick an amount. You add a card with your first top-up.
  5. Turn on auto top-up. Choose Turn on auto top-up. Set When the balance falls below and how much to Add, then Save auto top-up. Your team won’t hit an empty balance mid-task.
