Getting started

This page shows you how to sign up for Tyms, set up your organization and choose what to start with. It takes a couple of minutes and doesn’t need a card: every new organization starts with free usage, and after that you pay only for what you use.

Create your account

On tyms.ai, choose Get started for free. Then either:

• choose Continue with Google to use your Google work account, or
• enter your Work email, choose Continue with email, and enter the 6-digit code we email you.

There’s no password to set. Didn’t get the code? Check your spam folder, or choose Resend code.

Name your organization

Enter your Organization name. It becomes the name of your workspace, and its web address is made from it. You can change the address later in the admin area.

Choose what to do first

Under What do you want to do first?, pick one. You can add the others any time.

Intelligence products are ready in seconds. Jamaa takes about 5 minutes to build for your organization: you can close the tab, and we email you when it’s ready.

Apps such as Tasks are switched on from their own home, like tasks.tyms.ai.

Find your way around

home.tyms.ai is where you open every Tyms product your organization uses. Owners and admins also find Admin and Billing there, under Organization.

To sign in later, go to home.tyms.ai and use the same Google account or email. If you belong to more than one organization, you choose one after signing in.
