Plans and billing

Tyms starts free — no credit card required. Paid plans unlock more of the admin and intelligence features as your team grows. See the pricing page for current plans and prices.

The free plan

When you sign up, your workspace starts on the free plan. You get your own AI assistant, conversations, and Drive, and you can invite teammates.

Some admin features are part of paid plans. In the admin area, those show a “Get this feature” prompt instead of the feature itself, so you can always see what an upgrade includes.

Upgrading

Only workspace owners and admins can upgrade.

1. Open Admin → Hosting → Plan & usage, or use the upgrade prompt shown in the app.
2. Choose a plan and a billing cycle — monthly or annual (annual saves 15%).
3. Complete payment through our secure checkout (powered by Stripe).

Your new plan takes effect as soon as payment completes.

Credits

Some usage in Tyms is measured in credits. Admins manage credits from Admin → Credits, where you can:

• see your current balance,
• make a one-time top-up, and
• set up auto-refill so you never run out mid-task.

Bring your own API keys

If your organization has its own accounts with AI model providers, admins can add API keys under Admin → Hosting → API keys. Tyms supports keys for Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and Google (Gemini).

Canceling

Admins can cancel a subscription from Admin → Hosting. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and your workspace moves to the free plan after that.
