Plans and billing

Every Tyms plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card when you sign up, your workspace is ready in minutes, and you are charged when the trial ends. See the pricing page for current plans and prices.

The free trial

Pick a plan, add a card, and your workspace is set up straight away with everything the plan includes. During the trial you work with a starter allowance of AI and messaging credits. When the trial ends your card is charged for the plan and your full monthly credits arrive.

You can cancel at any point before the trial ends from Admin → Plans, and nothing is charged. The trial is once per email address: a second workspace, or a new one after cancelling, is billed from day one. A few days before the charge we email the billing contact a reminder with the date and the amount.

Teammates and assistants

Each teammate gets their own AI assistant. Basic includes up to 5 teammates, Pro up to 10, and Plus up to 20. When you reach your plan’s limit, invites are declined until you upgrade or remove a teammate.

Changing plans

Only workspace owners and admins can change plans.

1. Open Admin → Plans.
2. Choose a plan and a billing cycle, monthly or annual.
3. Confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades apply immediately and reduce your credit allowances.

During the trial, plan changes apply immediately and nothing is charged until the trial ends.

Credits

Usage is measured in credits: an AI credit allowance spent as your teammates and assistants do work, and a channel messaging allowance for conversations over your connected channels. An email costs 2 credits, a WhatsApp message 5, an SMS 10, and a voice message 50; Telegram and Slack messages are free. Allowances renew monthly with your plan.

Admins manage credits from Admin → Billing and usage, where you can:

• see your current balances and usage for the period,
• make a one-time top-up when you need more. Top-ups never expire.

If your AI credits run out, your assistants pause AI work until you top up or your next monthly allowance arrives.

AI models

Every plan includes AI models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google (Gemini), and Workers AI, run on Tyms’s own provider accounts. There are no API keys to manage: usage simply draws on your plan’s AI credits, and admins can choose which models are offered under Admin → AI models.

Cancelling

Admins can cancel from Admin → Plans. Your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for (or until the trial ends, in which case nothing is charged). You can undo the cancellation any time before then. After that date the workspace is suspended, and two weeks later its data is deleted. Re-subscribing during those two weeks brings the workspace back as it was.
