The words Tyms uses, in one place.
| Term | Means |

| Admin | admin.tyms.ai, where owners and admins manage teammates, products and Jamaa. Also the workspace role that can do this. See The admin area. |
| AI Worker | In Operational Intelligence, a worker that takes the next step for each item in a segment, from a preset such as dunning. See Operational Intelligence. |
| Approval | Your OK before an assistant changes something. Always approve skips it for an action you trust. See Approvals. |
| Assistant | The AI you work with: Jamaa, Claude or ChatGPT. See Choose your assistant. |
| Balance | The funds your workspace has to spend across every product. See Billing. |
| Billing | billing.tyms.ai, where the owner and the Billing role add funds and manage payment. Also that role. |
| Channel | Somewhere you reach Jamaa besides the web: email, Telegram or Slack. See Channels. |
| Connection | In Data Intelligence, one data source: a database or a set of CSV files. |
| Connector | A tool Jamaa can work in, such as Google or Notion. Also, a Tyms product added to Claude or ChatGPT by its address. See Connectors. |
| Context | In Data Intelligence, the instructions, glossary and table notes assistants read before they query. |
| Formats | The templates people are offered when they start something in Jamaa. |
| Intelligence | Tyms’s knowledge products: Organization, Data, Operational and Market Intelligence. See Intelligence. |
| Intelligence credits | What Organization Intelligence spends when it writes pages from your documents. |
| Jamaa | Tyms’s own AI assistant, one per team member. See Jamaa. |
| Knowledge | In Jamaa, shared folders of material your assistants should know about. |
| MCP | Model Context Protocol, the standard Claude and ChatGPT use to connect to Tyms products. |
| Outputs | In Jamaa, the list of files your assistant has made. |
| Platform fee | A product’s monthly fee, shown when you switch it on. |
| Segment | In Operational Intelligence, a group of records in a given state, such as "invoices more than 7 days overdue". |
| Skill | A reusable way of doing a kind of work, which Jamaa can call on. |
| Verified page | In Organization Intelligence, a page a person has checked. Assistants treat it as the final word. |
| Workspace (Tyms) | Your organization in Tyms: its people, products and billing. See Workspaces. |
| Workspace (Jamaa) | One piece of work in Jamaa, with its own chat, files and apps. See Workspaces, Outputs and Knowledge. |
| Zuri | Tyms’s AI assistant for your customers. Coming soon. |
