Sharing a workspace
Invite teammates into a Jamaa workspace, or share a link, and choose whether they can chat and edit or only use its apps.
In Jamaa you share a whole workspace: its conversation, files and apps. This page shows you how, and what each role can do.
Share it
- Open the share dialog. In the workspace, choose Share. You’ll see Share "workspace name", with "Invite people or share a link."
- Invite people. Enter teammates and choose Invite, or choose Create link for a share link.
- Pick a role. Choose Workspace or App only.

| Workspace | Edit apps, use the chat and manage access |
| App only | Use the workspace’s apps, without the chat or editing |
People with access and Share links list everyone who can open the workspace, and the links you’ve made.
Sensitive work stays put
If a workspace has read sensitive or restricted data, Jamaa limits how it can be shared.
